of sufficient quality to make
posters bigger than 11x20 size.
Check the speed and processing first
as not all labs do the APS process

Why are my 8x10
pictures cropped?
Always have your
pictures printed full frame, unless
you want cropping. If you specify a
cropped size we may have to crop it
for you, this is usually not a
problem unless there is something of
significance in the background that
we don't know about. Since
there is a difference in the aspect
ratios from different sizes of film
and digital cameras there are going
to be different sizes (see chart).
If your camera is 35mm or 2:3
format, or your full frame print are
multiple of 2:3, example: 4x6, 6x8,
8x12, 12x18. 16x24, 20x30. |

Do
you have bad hair, closed eyes or
other defects in your photos? |
|
We can
digitally remove those imperfections
and give you photographs( genuine
photographic, chemical process paper
photographs) of your corrected
images. Plus if you need reprints
the corrected images can be saved on
a CD for use later instead of
having all the work done again ( and
paying for it). Prices are
reasonable. |

Paper Types
These
papers types are available from all
enlargements made from any
negatives. |
|
Glossy F
the
traditional "shiny" print surface.
Best for vibrant colors and
sharpness. Poor if you are
handling the prints since they will
show fingerprints.
|
|
Matte N
Surface a pearl
or flat surface. best for when
you are handling prints and
fingerprints may be a problem.
Bad because it may make prints look
less sharp, not as likely to stick
to glass or have Newton rings when
framed. |
Portra E
surface the
traditional surface used for wedding
and portraits. This paper is
favored by professionals because the
back has a copyright protection
warning. Bad because it may
decrease the sharpness of a print,
and you will need to give copyright
releases if you share prints with
others. |
